Breaking Boundaries — January 14, 2025

Back in 2019, I knew absolutely nothing about polar exploration. I just had this bold idea that I could do something extraordinary—not only to push my own boundaries but also to inspire others.

For much of my life, I was told to stay inside a box that had been created for me. But when I stepped outside of it, I discovered just how vast and incredible this world is.

Over the past three years, I’ve achieved four world records. My most recent was the female speed record to the South Pole—700 miles carrying all my kit and equipment in just 31 days, 13 hours, and 19 minutes.

I’m not the best skier, but success doesn’t always require being the best. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn. By seeking advice from those willing to share their knowledge, I’ve become a better skier. I’m also resilient, persistent, and I don’t give up easily.

My next journey is just a couple of months away, and I’m aiming to reach the North Pole. It’s an incredibly tough challenge, but I believe it’s worth pursuing. If I succeed, I’ll become the first woman to travel solo to both the North and South Poles.

While there is only a slim chance of reaching the end, trying is still worthwhile. There’s beauty in working toward something, even if the goal seems far away.

I’m looking for companies and individuals to join me on this journey.

End of 2nd solo Antarctic expedition (70 days – 922 miles).
