Going North – Day 16

Hi Everyone, Day 16.

Today felt like a long day. Low cloud and my sled spent part of the day on it’s side so I spent a lot of time picking it back up.

So back in 2019 I knew absolutely nothing about polar travel. I started by googling “how to get to antarctica”. I also spoke to anybody who was willing to help.

There are sooooo many people who did help, but just to name a few. Steve Jones, Eric Phillips, Pen Hadow, Martin Hartley, Ben Saunders, Lars Ebbesen . All with a wealth of experience and I’m really grateful for you to all taking the time to speak to me.
